Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CronWorkers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use CronWorkers for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose without our consent; attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on CronWorkers; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. You must not be located in or a resident of a country subject to international sanctions or embargoes. To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if you do not meet the eligibility requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of CronWorkers, you agree to: comply with all applicable laws and regulations; not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; not interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers; not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; provide truthful and accurate information; complete tasks according to the requirements specified; treat other users with respect and professionalism.

4. Platform Rules for Workers

Workers must: complete tasks honestly and according to specifications; submit genuine proof of completion when required; not use automated tools or bots to complete tasks; not create multiple accounts to complete the same task; not share account credentials with others; deliver work within the specified timeframe.

5. Platform Rules for Hirers

Hirers must: provide clear and accurate task descriptions; specify all requirements upfront; review submitted work fairly and promptly; release payment for completed work that meets the requirements; not request work that violates laws or platform policies; communicate professionally with workers.

6. Payment Terms and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all financial transactions on the platform. All payments are processed through our secure payment system. Hirers agree to pay for tasks when workers complete them according to specifications. Workers agree that payments may be held in escrow until task completion is verified. Platform fees and payment processing fees apply as disclosed at the time of transaction. Refunds are granted only in accordance with our Refund Policy and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. By using the platform, you acknowledge your financial responsibility for all transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CronWorkers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise specified in a task agreement, work completed through the platform becomes the property of the hirer upon payment.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not: engage in fraudulent activities; submit false or misleading information; harass, abuse, or harm other users; use the platform to distribute spam or malware; circumvent or manipulate platform fees; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on intellectual property rights; attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. CronWorkers makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's operation or the information, content, or materials included. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the quality of work completed through the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CronWorkers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CronWorkers operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
