Keep job postings updated and remove filled or closed positions promptly. Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions within reasonable timeframes to respect applicants' time.

Applicant Confidentiality

Protect applicant personal information and treat all applications with confidentiality. Use applicant data only for legitimate hiring purposes and in compliance with data protection laws.

Prohibited Activities

No Fraudulent Activities

Any form of fraudulent activity, including fake job postings, pyramid schemes, requests for payment from applicants, or identity theft is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.
