A:You can request a partial refund if the work significantly deviates from the original description or agreed requirements. We will evaluate the case and determine a fair refund amount.

A:We review refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your payment method within 7-10 business days from the processing decision.

A:For a refund request, you need the job ID, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as screenshots, messages, or other documents that support your request.

Can I cancel an order before work begins?

A:Yes. If the freelancer hasn't started the work yet, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. Cancellation must be done before the freelancer marks the work as started.

A:If the freelancer doesn't respond to your messages within 48 hours and the work isn't progressing, you can request a refund. Contact our customer support and we'll help resolve the issue.
